COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Pacific Airshow x Roo-ver Instagram Giveaway

Promotion Period: 3 July 2026 – 4 August 2026

1. Promoter

This competition is promoted by:

•       EPE Oceania Pty Ltd trading as Roo-ver (ABN: 46 003 083 609), 383 Boundary Street, Spring Hill QLD 4000 (“the Promoter”).

2. Competition Overview

The Pacific Airshow x Roo-ver Instagram Giveaway (“the Competition”) consists of five weekly giveaway posts published on Instagram between 3 July and 31 July 2026, with the final judging conducted on 4 August 2026. Five prizes are available in total, one awarded per weekly post based on judging of eligible entries.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 16 years and over, except for:

•       Employees and contractors of EPE Oceania, ELO₂, Lunar Outpost Oceania, the Australian Space Agency, and Pacific Airshow;

•       Immediate family members of the above.

Entrants aged 16 or 17 must have parental or guardian consent prior to entering. Where a winner is aged 16 or 17, at least one person in the winning pair attending the event must be aged 18 or over.

4. Competition Period

The Competition runs across five weekly giveaway posts as follows:

•       Week 1 — Meet Katherine Bennell-Pegg & Roo-ver: Post Friday 3 July 2026. Winner announced Thursday 9 July 2026.

•       Week 2 — Meet Roo-ver: Post Friday 10 July 2026. Winner announced Wednesday 16 July 2026.

•       Week 3 — Australia’s Mission to the Moon: Post Thursday 17 July 2026. Winner announced Friday 24 July 2026.

•       Week 4 — Future Careers in Space: Post Sunday 26 July 2026. Winner announced Wednesday 30 July 2026.

•       Week 5 — Pacific Airshow and Space Innovation: Post Thursday 31 July 2026. Winner announced Wednesday 5 August 2026.

All times are Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST). The Promoter reserves the right to amend these dates with reasonable notice.

5. How to Enter

To be eligible for each weekly draw, entrants must complete all of the following steps during the relevant weekly entry period:

1.     Follow @roover on Instagram;

2.     Follow @pacificairshow on Instagram;

3.     Follow @australianspaceagency on Instagram;

4.     Like the relevant weekly giveaway post; and

5.     Comment on the relevant weekly giveaway post in response to that week’s question.

Optional additional entry: Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Stories for one additional entry per week.

Each eligible entrant may submit one comment entry per weekly post. Multiple comments on the same post will not result in additional entries. Story shares count as one additional entry per weekly post only.

6. Prize

There are five prizes available, one awarded per week. Each prize consists of:

•       Two (2) 3-Day GA-ADULT (general admission tickets) to Pacific Airshow Gold Coast, 14–16 August 2026, Surfers Paradise, Queensland; and

•       Exclusive access for two people to an in-person meet and greet with Australian astronaut Katherine Bennell-Pegg and Team Roo-ver at Pacific Airshow Gold Coast.

The prize excludes: travel, accommodation, meals, transfers and any other costs associated with attending the event. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.

The approximate retail value of each prize is $120.

7. Winner Selection

One winner per week will be selected by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter, based on the creativity, originality and relevance of their response to that week’s question. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message within 48 hours of judging. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 5 business days, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the eligible entries for that week.

Winners will be announced on the Roo-ver Instagram account using the winner’s first initial and surname only (e.g. M. Smith). By entering, entrants consent to this form of public announcement.

8. Prize Fulfilment

All five winners will attend Pacific Airshow Gold Coast on Friday 15 August 2026 at a time chosen by the Promoter, for an exclusive meet and greet experience. Winners must be available to attend at the specified time. If a winner is unable to attend at the specified time, the winner forfeits the meet and greet experience but retains their general admission tickets to Pacific Airshow Gold Coast.

9. Conditions of Entry

•       By entering, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.

•       Entries must be in English.

•       Entries must not contain content that is defamatory, offensive, unlawful, or in breach of any third-party rights.

•       The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or that is, in the Promoter’s opinion, inappropriate.

•       The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.

•       The decision of the Promoter is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

10. Instagram Disclaimer

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms Inc. By entering, entrants release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability in connection with this competition. Any questions or issues relating to the competition should be directed to the Promoter, not Instagram.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected through this competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and contacting winners. Information will be handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter’s privacy policy. Entrants’ information will not be sold or disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

12. Governing Law

This competition is governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. As winners are selected by judging rather than by chance, this competition is a game of skill and is not a trade promotion lottery.

13. General

•       The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control.

•       The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, delayed or corrupted due to technical issues.

•       To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no liability for any injury, loss or damage suffered by a winner or guest while attending Pacific Airshow Gold Coast, including during the meet and greet experience.

•       Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or any other applicable legislation.

•       If for any reason a prize or any element of a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter accepts no liability and is not required to substitute an alternative prize.

•       By submitting an entry, entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, publish and communicate their submitted entry for promotional purposes.
